More snow is expected tonight with up to a foot potentially falling above 8500 feet! I would say that bodes well for the mountains around Taos Ski Valley! With the snow making machines kicking in to gear last night, we should have a pretty solid base by the time opening day rolls around in less than a month from now. It also looks like the current cycle of temperature and storms are going to be consistent for the entire winter!
